  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Exchanges are allowed for the following reasons:

    • Incorrect size

    • Product or material defects

  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for a product of equal or higher value (not lower). Please note that this is subject to approval and not guaranteed.

 

• Timeframe for Exchanges:

  • Size exchanges must be requested within 10 days of order completion (online) or purchase (offline).

 

• Shipping Costs:

  • Customers cover the cost of shipping products to Andre Anthony for exchanges.

 

• Return & Exchange Process:

• Replacement products will be shipped first, along with a return label to make returning your product hassle-free.

 

• Exclusions:

  • Worn shoes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Size exchanges are not valid for shoes worn daily; fitting issues must be reported upon arrival.

  • Sale items and products purchased with offline discounts are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
